Cynthia Pareja Dubin is a Peruvian multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the intricate interplay of identity, memory, and the natural world. Inspired by her diverse cultural background and personal experiences, Pareja Dubin creates visually rich compositions that invite viewers to contemplate the profound connections between art, nature, and the human experience.

Her abstract paintings, each a product of meticulous assembly incorporating elements of collage and mixed media, are characterized by vibrant colors, dynamic forms, and intricate layers of meaning. Through her work, she invites viewers to embark on a journey of discovery, exploring the interplay between the conscious and subconscious mind, the individual and the collective, and the fragility of the natural world.

Cynthia Pareja Dubin graduated from Universidad de Palermo (Buenos Aires, AR) as baccalaureate in Graphic Design and awarded first prize in Editorial Design in 2011. She then returned to Peru, where her work was exhibited at the UN Art Fair, and she held a teaching faculty, thesis judge and marketing designer role at the Peruvian Institute of Art and Design (IPAD). In 2021 she was awarded the fully funded Liquitex “Just Imagine” residency. Her first solo exhibition, "Intangible Ecosystems," took place at the Hotel Sofitel at Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia (2023). Her work was selected by the global philanthropic organization Move92 to represent her home country of Peru, where her art was part of their marketing and silent auction event held in Seattle to support their collaboration with 40 organizations across 13 countries. With a growing reputation internationally, her paintings have been exhibited in numerous galleries and museums, and featured in publications including Juxtapoz and Elephant Magazine, The Racket Reading Series, Artspiel, Canvas Rebel, and are held in private collections worldwide.

Pareja Dubin's artistic practice reflects a deep appreciation for the power of visual language to communicate complex ideas and emotions.
